Taylor had a great opportunity to get to run in the Boston Marathon. This is the Marathon of all Marathons. Usually you need to get a qualifying time to even get into the lottery to get into the Boston Marathon. His good friend John Hulbert gets time wavers and was planning on running with Taylor but then John wasn't able to. Taylor still took the opportunity. Taylor said it was really neat to be there among all of these amazing athletes. The thing that was really unique about this race was the weather this year was the worst it has ever been. So cold and rained the whole time and don't forget the 30+ mph head wind. It was pretty miserable. The thing that stood out to him were the supporters. Even in the horrible weather there were tons of people lining the streets to cheer them on and give them fruit or other things to help them along the race path.
