Field Day

Gordon with his cousins (the Nielsens) at our first field day. It was basically like a mini olympics for kids.
We had all of the kids gathered to watch the adults have fun at their own relay. We pushed running strollers around the grass patch.
The javelin throw was a favorite
The hurdles (paper towel rolls) was one everyone had to do a few times
And the modified long jump. (jumping from one carpet square to the next)

We had a blast! We need to get together and do it again soon! The kids loved it!
